Training on the Sustainability of the Food Industry

The workshop offers a training seminar on the sustainability of the agri-food chain and on the economic enhancement of ecosystem services of high-quality environmental products.
A guided laboratory will follow for the realization of experiments (to be carried out at restaurants belonging to the Liguria Gourmet circuit) aimed at promoting clear and credible information on the quality of products.


The aim of the experiments is twofold:


-to understand whether customer information can bring out environmental quality and reward products containing it;


-understand whether and how communication with their customers can be better personalised. A practice already adopted by many restaurateurs who would like to investigate better and put at the service of the sustainability of the agri-food sector
