Jean Monnet Chair "LAURA - Valuation of natural assets and services 
and the European Green Deal" presents the seminar cycle dedicated to high schools "Le insidie dei luoghi".
The green transition contained in the European New Green Deal, in force since May 2021, aims to trigger a profound transformation of the way we live, work and produce. The policy mix envisaged and being implemented to support the green transition (financial incentives and support for the greening of industry, investments in the restoration of ecosystems, incentives and awareness-raising towards more ecological consumption) are bound to profoundly change the labour market.
The formation of new and more appropriate skills to interpret these profound changes is both a challenge and a necessity for all those involved in training at various levels.
The aim of this day is to propose to the participants a specific training project proposed by the LAURA Chair, called "Le inside dei luoghi", in the 2023-24 edition dedicated to high schools.
To follow, and to close of the activities of 2022-23, a panel discussion proposes a reflection on the need for integration between disciplines in the environmental field and on the need to develop new approaches to teaching in areas related to the environment and its interactions with the economic and social system that transmit awareness to students the strategic and legal framework offered by the European Union.
